Hey
Will an '03 3.0 Duratec still work for the 3 ltr conversion?

Does anybody have any info on putting a 3.4 liter V8 from the '98 SHO in the CSVT??!! I know ShoShop has said something about a 3.5 conversion coming soon for a while now. I wonder if a 3.5 would why can't we figure how to shoehorn that lovely 3.4 V8 in our babies. If any body has any info that might help us in keeping up with those damn cobras! thanks alot all and a happy new year. Lets keep these CSVT's rockin!!

I dont believe sho shop will make the 3.5 stroker and if you ahve enough money anything will fit a contour but no one wants to go through the headached and saftey issues and r&d of having to locate me motor mounts and find enough space for the engine to fit.. and ok ill stop here..

this has been discussed over and over. Not enough room and who would want cam problems anyways?

the welding has been known to warp the cams and has also been known to crack.
