Mine 96 V6 contour has two springs in the mechanism to open the throttle plate, but some non-SVT V6 TBs (newer, I think) have only one spring. Why the change and when did it happen?

even on some of the older tour/stiques they use tb linkage simliar to that of the svt/3l tb....prob some left over parts or something
