I got a real good deal on this y pipe, but there is no bung for the O2 sensor. What should I do? What are all my options? Can I splice the two sensors, the output, to the other sensor to fool the PCM?

pm stazi for the correct definition of "BUNG". And thats what i also did when putting on my MPV manifolds because there is no bung the the mil sensors, so i just added them.

No, that's "Boong" you're thinking of Tyler, which is a derogatory term to describe an Australian Aboriginal.

Growing up, there were ideas floating around to how this term came to be, one of them being the noise made when one bounces of the brush guard on your Ute, aka Utily Vehicle (pickup truck).

if you look at the instructions on making your own MIL, why can't I just splice the output wire (gray) to the O2 sensor that is installed? Also does the sensor have to be a certain depth into the exhaust? WHERE'S DEMON!!!
