Here is a completed manifold. The first picture is an uncleaned one. I dont presently have any pictures of a fully cleaned mani from the top. These are 450 shipped and I tune them to your application within the limits of packaging it in your engine compartment.
All my manifolds like cams boost and rpms.

If I still had a Zetec, I'd be all over that like Oparah on a fried chicken buffet.

Great job making one,
I know some people complained about the welds in your earlier posts,
but who cares.
I would still need to see dyno data on a Contour before buying one.
I still don't believe there is enough room in the engine compartment to have straight runners the proper length.
But I'm all for more performance parts for the Zetec and Contour.

I would be all over that except I got a manifold replacement.

You need cams to get good lower rpm tuning power (yea that sounds wierd doesnt it) Larger cams make the runner length shorter for the same rpm. So for your stock cams it probably takes 10-13 inches of runner length for 7000 rpm bump where as with the big cams you get the same bump with 6-8 inches of runner With the zx2 weve fit 8 inch runners before. So thats not nearly as bad. With the contours being made for v6 we might be able to go more. 9-10 inches are not completely impossible So we shall see.

I will wait to see what's happening - after some one brave gets it and installs it successfully - I will be down.
