For those who have actually removed their cat, how long did it take you?

About an hour tops, but never rush a job Spray all the bolts down with something to loosen them up, WD40 PB etc. Remove the two bolts joining flex/cat pipe to mid pipe. Pop hood, remove Heat shield then unbolt the 4 bolts holding cat. to man. Make sure you suport the cat section with a friend or jack stand. You will need a gasket at both ends of the cat. section.

Hope this helps

I'm going to drop mine to do the oil pan. Maybe I can snap some pics and do a write up, though pretty straight forward, and a haynes manual covers it. Grab a O2 removal socket, this helps. Also make sure you unplug it so the pig tail can spin with it.. Don't ask why but for some reason when I replaced the cat I left it plugged in and damaged the one wire..
