im about to switch out my atx tranny in my 99 cougar for a new 1 and my car has a little over 100k miles on it. While switching my heders last week , i noticed that most if not all the seas on the seals/gaskets on the engine were leaking(not dripping but just damp with oil) since im taking eveerything out, i nedd 2 know what seals/gaskets can I buuy b4 to change? and if there is anything else any1 reccommends me changing while I have it out except the llifters.......and how much do thos cost?

Main and front seals as well as valve cover gaskets and timing cover gaskets.
