...underneath the IMRC cover (the black plastic decorative piece.)

What does it do? (It's a 96 Duratec)

It's obviously cracked from age and needs to be replaced before it fails entirely. It looks like the OEM piece is a shaped piece of hose, which gives it a neat appearance, but I can't find a part # or even a diagram anywhere.

When you guys replaced it, what did you use? Just standard vacuum hose?

TIA

yeah, mine does too. I just couldn't remember where it went after it disappeared under the heat retainer.

Does it have a name or a part number?

Has anyone just used standard bulk hose in that location? And if so, what? Seems like standard vac hose would work, as it's not under much positive pressure, right?
Don't have the part number or the exact name, but it's

"TUBE ASSY-CRANKCASE" for $13.97...
Thanks.
