got my car up and running and tuned good with the xcal II and then proceeded to short out a bunch of wires under the dash.....it's a long story....I get sick thinking about it. There was some smoke and several wires melted together so I need a whole new wiring harness for underneath the dash before I can get the car going again.

Just sucks!! Got my 75mm maf, 42lb injectors, fuel pump, smaller s/c pulley, stage III clutch disc, head gaskets, radiator hoses and a bunch of other goodies installed/replaced.

I got to drive it for about 2 days before this happened....before that it was in the garage all winter....

needless to say I'm not the happiest person in the world right now.

I'm very sorry to hear this...i know how you feel(albeit on a slightly smaller scale) There are several guys here with parts cars i'm sure you'll get it sorted out before you know it.

I also have any interior wiring in excellent shape. It's off an early 98 too.
