This seems like a dumb question, but is this only for CEGers or can I bring along some friends that aren't associated with CEG? Ultimately it will depend on our work schedules, but they seemed interested and will probably bring their cars (87 Mustang GT and 01 Mustang GT)


Also, I'm not sure if I feel like bringing mine as I don't think it will be in a condition to show off. I basically totalled it back in Feb. and I'm not sure if I will be able to get it painted (right now it has a black front bumper cover, green rear bumper cover and a quarter panel in primer and is quite the eyesore). I would like to represent CEG but it feels awkward showing a 4 tone car that is basically stock.

4 tone, 12 tone, whatever! So you don't win the best paint award. It's still fun to show what you've done, and see what others have accomplished. Sh!t happens that you can't control, so don't feel embarassed because it's not in the shape you wish it were in. Every car at SZ06 will have SOMETHING wrong with it. And bring your buddies, we've got pleanty of room!

Thanks guys, I feel better about showing my car. The guy with the 87 will most likely bring his 04 Mustang V6 due to the gas needed to feed a V8, we just have to convince the other guy to bring his 01 and not the crapalier.

This should be interesting.....haven't lost to a Mustang yet. Yours may very well be the one. You have a impressive mod list already....mine has a K&N Drop in, catback exhaust, ECU reflash.

i doubt i'm faster. and i may end up holding off on engine mods until winter. but we'll see!

I believe it's just a 1997, Anniversary Edition SS. Don't believe they did anything special with the motor.
