I just got off the phone with Comfort Suites. We've only got 7 rooms booked so far! I blocked off for the following:

Thursday - 20 rooms
Friday - 30 rooms
Saturday - 30 rooms
Sunday - 5 rooms

As for the hotel rooms:

"All of our rooms are suites. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. In each room there is also a sofa that can be pulled out into a bed, and a desk with a lounge area. We have an indoor swimming pool and sauna."

As you know, the price is $69.00 + tax for a room. The regular price is $94.95, so make sure you book your room before April 18th, or you'll pay full price!!
