i have a 1998 zetec atx, 1998 mystigue v6 atx, i see a ford racing tranny cooler for sale ebay ford tranny cooler , would this fit our cars

It looks almost exactly as mine. B&M 70268 SIZE: 11"X 7 1/2" X 3/4"

I hope not to be flamed for this poor installation. I need to fix it i know guys, i couldn't find more space for cooler.
I took off both PS cooler bolts, i put brackets there for both coolers(ATX & PS).
