Tis my birthday today! At 27 I have a baby girl and engaged. Buying a house next spring. I'd say I am doing pretty good.

Thanks....I know its a number. After the baby, and the lack of sleep, I definitely feel a little older.

Happy B'Day Hector. Yes, you're getting old, but I have a few years on you. I'll turn 48 in less than 4 weeks. My 18 yr old son has pretty much aquired my Contour. So maybe it's time to officially retire to troll statis.

I feel like I'm getting younger. Well not really, but I've made some lifestyle changes that are truly paying off. Saw myself in a mirror today and it was a strange feeling - kind of like seeing an old friend who's been gone way too long.
I was at a seminar today and got into a conversation with a young woman who seemed unusually friendly... I have to admit it took me awhile to recognize flirting. My God, I am mildly attractive again! Such a simple human thing to realize.
I'm not sure where this is leading, but I like It! Even the daily workouts are becoming a pleasure.

It really is amazing how good things can look when we actually sit and think about them. With all the griping that goes on in daily life I have to slow down and thank God for what I am blessed to have at the ripe old age of 23.
