U know it foolz

The plan it the moment is to just clean it up, it's going to be my daily driver for thet ime being since with the number of miles i put on in amonth the gas savings alone is equal to the SVT's payment.

However, before winter hits i'm goig to tkae care of the minor rust it has and attempt a gloss-black ($50) paint job, you know with the rollers and ish. Ok, and it'll have 15's before you know it.

However, next winters plan is the popular B6T swap(i've already got a soure for a motor), wich puts the car in low 13's\high 12's Watch out on the street b!tches......some festiva revs at your mustang you better show some respect

sweet. Ditch the B6T idea get a 1.8L turbo mang better base to work with and get the tranny that goes with it it's stronger! I was going to swap my b6t in the 323 and do the swap. I think its a BPT motor? can't remember its the euro/jap spec motor. I still think the miata drivetrain in a festiva would be the sheeeiot. RWD go-cart.

Yep, BPT.

I've already got a line on the B6T so that's the route i intend to go, and insted of the stock festy trans i'll be using the stronger trans from a mercury capri XR2...G25MR IIRC, not to mention it's unproven at the track as of yet. The b6t swaps are seeing 12.7, but no-one has run a BPT yet.

Give me a call and we'll set up a time to drop those parts off at the shop.

If you get a b6t make sure you see it run first. The crank are known to snap off at the nose by the idler pulley. Mine had the wobble and ran fine but its an obviois sign it'll need a new crank. Which any miata 1.6 will work for that matter. I'd look for the stronger bpt and a trans from one.
