Looking at setting up a meet for a Saturday in September.

Hetfield and Crispy will be getting their TB's optimized while Hetfield cooks up some lunch on the grill(if everyone can chip in some chash for food or bring something it'ld be awesome).

I'ld prefer the 9th or 16th....what works for those interested in atending?

I'm finding that my Saturdays in September are rapidly becoming unavailable. Basically the only day I have open is the 30th.

if it doesn't fall on the same day as the End of Summer Bash I may be down for a road trip... maybe I'll even bring some fo the EGL troublemakers with me.

9th isn't good for me....Mitsu Owners Day at Normal, IL is that day.

16th works.

I'm down -- just don't schedule it at the same time as my Dad's Birthday Party (9th or the 16th) and during that Mazda Extreme Show at Road America

I'm in. If you do it on Sept. 9th, I'll even bring a birthday cake with LOTS and LOTS of candles.

Can't make it....

Well, I can, but don't want to...

So far, i'm not too busy in September, so any weekend except the 2-3 will work at the moment. I want my TB optimized too! You can do mine over the winter cuz it's in long-term storage though
Posted By: Pole120 Re: PRT meet interest? - 08/23/06 01:09 PM
Well, if the 30th is all that works for Hetifeld and i assume will work for Crispy......i'll set it as the date. Let me know.

I'm thinking of stoppin' through...

Nothing planned as of yet for the 30th. The following weekend however is Zoom Zoom Live for us Mazda owners, and anyone else who wants to drive/race Mazda's.
I should be able to make it. Where are you holding this? I could offer my backyard.

Josh

When are we going to have a
Getmycarbacktogetherandoutofmydadsbackyardmeet?

Seriously though I have all the parts over there and i found 2 rear knuckles buried in my garage!!! if you are interested in all my tubular rear control arms i have a bunch of them there and the rod ends. The interior of the car is packed full of boxes. We still have to unbury the trans and pull out the motor box.

I dunno I'll have to see when i'm available. My whole work schedule is up in the air now that they went to 12 hour shifts 7 days a week We'll have to do it on a weekend i'm not on call. Monday i'll be in waukesha training but thats all day. Would it be possible to haul a few truck loads of stuff out to that shop? We could get everything into my truck and on my dads trailer in one load. And leave the car for anohter day?

I'll be there for the 30th. I'll try to get my new spudgun together by then too...

My first meet.

BTW, are there any youngsters in this group? If not, I'll bring some beer.

I believe we'll have 3 that are under age. The local cops are prety strict so soda is probably the best bet.

Doh! Yeah, I really didn't want to have to monitor people either.
