http://www.fvscc.com/ I have been wanting to go to an open track day , and I finally have an SHO to go with. I thought maybe some of you contour owners would like to stretch your cars legs on this course. Its a 2nd and 3rd gear course and its a blast from what I have heard!
the open dates are :
* Saturday April 29th
* Saturday May 27th
* Saturday July 8th
* Sunday July 16th
* Sunday Aug. 13th
The "lapping days" they have there are better than auto-x. My neighbor runs his STI all the time and has been trying to get me there, i'm looking at going un July. With a lapping day you get an hour of seat time and if i'm not mistaken can have a ride-along instructor at no charge for some lessons.

I am from Marshall, kind of by Lake Mills.
I registered for the morning of the 8th, looks like my neighbor has already registered, so i'm going to go with him, if you want to change you're time you're more than welcome to stay at my place to make the early event.....I'm going to discuss it with my neighbor tonight and see what he's doing and go from there.
well this is in Shawano, I will change my registration to the AM. I just take 151 to 41 so I am just as clos eif not closer then you are. Take me an hour to get to fond du lac, then another hour to the track.

There I just changed it. Black SVT huh? Sweet:0 My heavy SHO will not cut as good of times as your SVT will, but we will all have fun:)

I am looking into registering as well. I haven't been on the track with the SVT yet and i've only been on the track once and that was last summer. Lookin forward to this!
I so envy you guys with SVT contours. My SHO is like the overweight grandpa of the SVT contours. I can't hold a candle in teh wind to your cars in the autocross environment, because my upper end power , altough smooth and a bit more then your cars , has to pull 3450 lbs around the track.
Regardless it should be a good time:) I will have a jack and a decent set of tools around should anyone need anything..
