I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a cheap replacement hub cap for my mom's mystique? or if anyone has one lying around?

I recommend going to an wrecking yard for them. Most times, they stack the wheel covers in a corner or rack and you can go leafing through which one(s) you want.
