We welcome you to our 6th Annual Redline Rendezvous On Track Event. We will be heading back to Shannonville Motorsports Park this year on August 11-13, 2006.

For information on how to register drop me an email at info@svtoaontrack.ca or check out our website at www.svtoaontrack.ca

Not sure what this event is all about, drop me an email or check the website.

We offer a two day comprehensive performance driving clinic with one on one instructors and lots lots more. We are more than just a day of driving fun, we start off the weekend with a meet 'n greet at our host hotel. We have lots of great raffle prizes, auction items and a banquet dinner on Saturday night as well. A great time to be had by participants and their guests all weekend long. The fun never stops.

Not a member, not a problem. Everyone is welcome. Drop me an email for more details on how you can sign up for this event.

Here are the costs:

Weekend (two days) $350 CAD
Weekend Team Sharing (single car/one run group) $425 CAD

Single Day (One Day) $190 CAD
Single Day Team Sharing (single car/one run group) $230 CAD

Just a note to those who are planning to attend regarding hotel rooms:

Our host hotel is the Ramada Inn On The Bay. It's also where we will be hosting our banquet. Right now, rooms are getting quite scarce. If you are planning to attend, please make sure you reserve a room ASAP under our room block information listed on our website. The block is released after July 11th, so you'd better act fast.

There are also alternative hotels and camping options. Visit our website for details at www.svtoaontrack.ca

I'll be there... That reminds me.. I need to get a new set of race pads for the car. Fern - you got me hooked on these pads last year.

We need to get more Contours out!! There were three or four of us there last year. Just because you have a daily driver Contour.. doesn't mean you can't drive it on the track!! You will be very surprised what you car can actually do. I drive mine daily all year round - and I am driving 6+ hours up to Shannonville, putting slicks on, heading on the track for 2 days and heading back. Wouldn't miss this event!!

Great track, great cars, great people - what more could you ask for?

I have a set with at least 2/3 if not more of the material left. PM me if you are interested.

Laura,

I will be able to register as soon as I know how much it is costing me to get the 72 Cutlass back on the road and how much extra it will be for insurance after I have it appraised. How soon would you need me to register? I'd be looking at a single day though.

I am running SVT Focus front brakes.. so unless those are Focus pads they won't work . Thanks for the heads up regardless.

As long as camping at the track is back once again, I am there. I suppose I had better pay soon rather than lose the event .

Contact porterfield industried about thier R4 pads for your application. They have an R4S componund which is streetable but you'd be better off with one set for the street and one for the track.

That's what I am going to do. I have been running R4's on my car (with stock brakes) and they are excellent. Should be a noticable difference with the larger rotors from the Focus. Hopefully I will have the rear brakes done (280mm) for the event.

That is fine but you could still register to hold your spot and if necessary cancel. I will return your money to you.
