It is that time of year again, time for our Annual General Meeting.

Date: Sunday, April 23, 2006
Time: Reception 1:30 pm meeting 2:00 pm
Location: Dixie Ford - Dixie Road/Hwy401

We have a lot fun things planned for the meeting. We have some great prizes, interesting information on your club and where it is headed, guest speakers such as Joe DaSilva of DaSilva Racing our newest sponsor this year to talk about what he has to offer to our members and also Terry Gosse of KVR Performance will be on hand to answer all of your performance brake questions.

We have a full agenda and you won't want to miss a thing.

Everyone is welcome. Hope to see you there.

I might try to make it depends on what the car situation is.

You knew that i would be there regardless. Don't know if the car will be out yet but ( it might be getting new toys installed) but the new truck will be there.

I'd say TCE brakes

I say you hold it in Windsor this year

You are part correct Evan.

TCE four wheel kit, sub frame connectors, optimized y pipe... who knows maybe some other stuff too.

If all goes well i might make the arrangements to have this done by late this week and might have myself an Easter gift. right now just enjoying the comfy ride of a big a$$ truck. What a shock it will be going from driving the truck to stepping down into the track beast.

Fern your car is crazy as it stands now I would hate to see how deadly it would be if you ever went with a turbo

It would be a bit scary! I have not focussed on increasing horsepower at all on the car. It has been about tires, suspension, gearing, brakes and driver skill

Can't wait to see what everyone has done to their cars in the past while. I've heard a lot and can't wait to see it all in action.

Nice going. Good to know that i insprired somebody!?!? Didn't know that my crazy driving could do that to someone!

Hopefully a lot faster and crazier this year. Anyone want to join me in West Virginia the first weekend of May?

I enjoyed meeting Laura and a few others at an event late last summer, and know I will again.
It's always nice to meet a few other 'tour folks, and more importantly... their cars.

Hmmm....a little 3L comparison may be in order...

Oh, I'm sure there will be no comparision.

I've got an excellent example of a um.. shal we say budget 3L. After what i've seen about yours... I'm certin the differences will be quite apparent.

We would love to have some more contours out at the meeting. We have some great speakers and also one of our sponsors is a brake specialist who will be there to answer questions.

Plus my car is clean and shiney.

Hopefully it can stay that way on Sunday.

Hope to see some of you folks there.

If it rains I am bringing the truck. If it does not rain then the SVT comes out to play.

BTW...any one good at finding vaccuum leaks?

I was late and thought everyone had gone home! I didn't see anthing in the lot except a focus svt... so, i turned around and went home, kickin myself in the ass for not remembering what day it was yesterday.. lol

I just had to locate one. Turns out that my brake booster check valve leaks... could explain why i'm not getting the breaking performance i was...
