What happened?
Just was a pain to get the rear O2 sensor out. Couldnt get my hand back there. Anyways, it took awhile but I got it done.
so how did you do it? did yo go from underneath?
No, looks impossible to go beneath.
I had to pull and pull to get the wire harness pulled towards the front of the engine. Slipped my hand in the back by the firewall and than put the O2 socket on. Than I pushed the wire harness back towards the firwall as much as possible and slid a long wrench in between that fit the 02 Socket and turn a little at a time. Finally it came off. Now was the trouble to put the new one on. Well thank god im thin and managed to slip my hand between the engine and wire harness. That took alot of work, pain and some blood.
Damn I even forgot to have a beer while doing the job. Would had made it so much better.

Engine light hasn't come back yet though. Ill be pissed if it does.
well I am glad that you got it taken care of. hopefully this will be the end all of your problems.

I wish mine were that simple. It looks like some of the bearings were bad and that messed up some of the rings and it is going to be costing me a good amount of my motorcycle fund to get it fixed

bearings on the diff? I went to a tranny place that looks like they do a good job. Not sure yet because my car is still not done. My bike is getting to hot to ride around. haha
basically I am having a complete rebuild. This time it is going to be a whole lot beefier

Front one by the oil filter, yeah that was easy. In back I just couldnt get to it. Having a longer wrench to fit was the key for me.
