Poll for revised departure/meet up timelines

OK, it's been noted that with a 7AM leave time from Des Moines and a noon meet up time at the Lincoln Oasis for the Chicago guys that it puts the Minnesota guys leaving at 5 am from the twin cities. James and I are putting this to a vote for modifying the start times and thereby revising the meet up and arrival times. FYI, Mark and the Hahn's aren't available to meet up at the hotel until 6ish anyways. I was voting for the earliest time originally as I wanted to miss traffic as much as possible. Pushing back 1 hour should still be ok as long as we don't make an hour stop at the Lincoln Oasis.

Even though I am unfortunately not going, I thought you were saying the third option would be leave 2 hours later and double time it!!! That sounds like more fun to me, you will have to leave the trailer behind, Rick. Hope you guys have fun.

The poll wouldn't really be necessary if we all went down to Des Moines the night before......right?? 3 of 5 of us MN's are going the night before.....who are the other two?? James (Zoom Zoom Diva) and who else.

James are you sure you don't want to go to Des Moines the before? What about the other dude with the STI(???)?

Just trying to make easier for the majority......Either way though I don't really care what time we leave as I will already be down in IA already so.....whatever you guys decide via the poll is fine with me....later.

As long as the other 2 don't ditch me I'll be going to Des Moines the night before. A 8:00-8:30 starting time from there sounds GREAT.

I be the "other guy" (with the STi).

I could live with going the night before, I guess, but it's all the same to me. I like 8:30am better than I like 5:00am, so that might be a good idea. Since it's only a couple of hours down the Des Moines, it would be a short trip the night before and we could all go as a group then.

Yes, as the poll shows, we're pushing our departure time back to 8 am and should be at the Oasis around 1pm.
