Pegasus wheels.

So does this mean you're putting the 'tour to rest?

I'll buy the SOB before I'd allow that to happen

Its getting retired from daily driver duty. I will still be mine, for fun in the twisties, when I want to drive a stick, or when gas prices go back up again. Im only averaging about ~17 in the Volvo, which, apparently is right on track with what it should be getting for city use.

true - AWD is a killer on gas milage

Having something that goes when you put your right foot down doesnt help either. Im used to the mighty Zetec so when the wagon starts to pull and the needle starts to move, quickly, I have permagrin.

Not much to speak of: Zetec/ATX, t-red with tan interior, ~140ish K on the clock. Its also sporting a timing belt with no teeth and it had a price tag that I couldnt pass on.

How'd the valves come out of that one? Have you done a compression test to see if they all seat?
Posted By: ExDelayed_dup1 Re: Scot... - 11/27/05 06:07 AM
No compression test yet, but I am not that worried. Pulling the head off of a Zetec isnt that bad.
Posted By: Swazo Re: Scot... - 11/27/05 07:54 AM
Is this another fix-n-sell car? If not, since the head has to come off.....
Posted By: ExDelayed_dup1 Re: Scot... - 11/27/05 07:41 PM
It is a fix to sell car. Pics can be found here: Clicky!

As far as performance mods, if I wanted to do something like what you are saying, I'd 3L the `95 in the yard and transfer all my car's seksay body parts over to it.
