How can a handgrip be removed from the handlebars in the least destructive way possible? I am being cheap, once again, and don't want to replace it if I can avoid doing so.

I thought about squirting WD40 or PB blaster or even KY in there...but my common sense tells me it's not such a good idea

As a kid I recall just cutting them off and spraying on WD-40 to get them on.

I didn't want to cut, I need to re-use...I'm putting the stock bars back on to sell it & don't want to spend anymore money on it.

I guess if I WD40 it & clean it real good it shouldn't hurt...I dunno

I hope you didn't eat too much vag this weekend, you'll get a stomach ache & your face will break out.

You can sue compressed air with a nozzle. Roll back the inner edge of the grip enough so you can get the nozzle kinda under it and then shoot the air in there while sliding it off. Apparently that's the way the shops do it.

I've heard that too...didn't know if it would work since I have bar ends & the ends of the grips are open. I'll try it...thx again

If it is glued grab a rag and wrap it around the grip and pull it in a twisting motion....like a rope around a pulley...it will get it off.
