Yup .. no parking garages in the area. I'll be in Worcester (

) but if nobody shows I'll head up to Lowell anyway.

if it rains, i sure as heck aint driving to WPI to stand around getting wet, i can do that in my garage.

if people just want to head to my place for hangin and eating and stuff, thats fine.
if its raining we should try to keep as many cars out front as possible.
i will put my stuff out back and make some room out front.

so if its raining people can start showing up anytime around 12.

I may go over to the show to spectate a bit, but won't be there long if you guys aren't. Probably head up to ElKy's for a few hours to visit for this "spring meet" (lol??).

i know you guys dont want this thread having any useless posts, but i think this is a fair question...

how long are the festivities at Elky's planning on lasting?

ill be working until 8am sunday morning and have a family thing until about 2-3pm. If there was to still be a fair amount of time leftover I'd definetly be down for the get-together. that way i wouldnt have to wake up super early and i could still make the meet, hopefully..

We were discussing doing pizza for dinner after the show, so I don't see those plans changing much if the show is rained out.
Elky said to arrive no earlier than noon, so you won't miss much.

What are the final plans for tomorrow. The forecast definitely says 48 degrees and raining. weather.com shows 100% chance of rain.

So does that mean noone is going to the WPI show?

Is there any room for 2 lonely souls with busted up 'Tours? Would it be all right if we stopped by for some pizza?

I'm assuming that nobody is going to the car show. It's rather a shame that it's going to be a washout, I presume a bit of the funds were to help FSAE. As it stands I won't be at the parking lot waiting for anybody, so don't expect me there if you are still going

I'll probably stop by the parking lot to see who's there (if anybody) .. and then up to Lowell (probably arriving around 2 or 3).

Pat deserves a huge thank you for all his efforts organizing the day as well as everyone else who showed up at 8 am and stuck around all day and kept it all going. It was really dissappointing this morning to see that much rain and have to have everyone say "ok, well what else can we do" and it really turned into a successful show despite the weather...I think at one point there were close to 30 vehicles at the show.

It was fun meeting up at the house regardless of the weather. A bit scary driving home, torrential rain (the one and only condition I hate driving in: rain at night).

Dang Goonz, your car is looking GREAT! Much, much, much improved from when I first saw it about a year ago. One of my favorite's as is ElKy's!

Anyone know anything about PATS? Reset? Bypass? I'm still doing some checks on the wiring. There is nothing obviously melted, burned, etc., I even crawled underneath.

Bobby's new SVT needs a clutch and then it will be good to go, well once he has his license that is. (His oval grill was cracked and headlights need some work, but he is already fixing those). He's thinking of getting a SPEC 1, anyone have any experience? What is yours Goonz? The chattery one. SPEC 1?

.. Yes I do have the Spec Stage 1 clutch and it will chatter since its an aftermarket clutch. If he plans on driving it normally with no burnouts and stuff like that, then the stock SVT clutch is also right up there with the Spec Stage 1 clutch. The only good thing with the SVT clutch is that it wont chatter, trust me it gets annoying as hell
