Hi! I'm new to contour.org. I saw this address on a Toreador Red 2nd Gen. Contour. I think his name is Drumnut on here. I just wanted to see how many people are in central Alabama. There aren't many people who know anything about Zetecs around here. I drive a gold ZX2 (5-speed, lowered, Khumo's, short shifter, and zxtuner upper intake). I hope to see some of y'all around. Maybe we could go to autocross, or whatever. My email is PTX95@juno.com Drop me a line!

Welcome!

I'm not from Mid-AL, but close enough. I have seen DrumNut on here a little over a year ago, but not since then.

We are having a meet up in Huntsville the last weekend of March, so you should try to make it up. We are going to wash all our cars Friday afternoon. Friday night we will go to the track. From there possible up to the mountians for some night driving, then back to the hotel for God only know's what!! Saturday I am putting together a Dyno for everyone at Trackmasters, in Huntsville. Saturday afternoon? Steve(BK4293) & I will probably wash our cars again! I think some of us have some mods we are wanting to get done, so we might do them then. Saturday night, at the hotel and yes... God only knows!

There will a few friends coming down from Chicago that have Zetec's, so you will be in good company. I know of two folks making the trip down from TN.

My wife is setting up the rooms for everyone, so if you want to get a room instead of driving so much let me know and we should be able to hook you up.

Again, welcome aboard and have fun!

I know this is digging up some serious bones, but I'm proud to say I actualy brought someone into the "fold" (even if it's not a 'Tour). Still drive the old girl with 150k on it. The "www.contour.org" stickers began to peel off a few months ago. She's still a good looking, and fine driving car, though!!!

And as for not being seen in a while, I've been in Nurse Anesthesia school for the last year. If you looked up the phrase "dropped off the map" you'd see my ugly mug next to it.

Don't think I was posting when this originally came about, & i'm not from central AL, I'm actually in far east AL, 12miles from the GA line. I'm in central AL all the time though. I was in Bham last Wed at the pull a part.

The name is Moose, I work in Central AL, live in Blount County.

P.S. I saw a T-Red SVT with a 58 County tag yesterday on HWY 280 in Vestavia Hills, Mtn Brook area while I was working. Had a borla cat back on it, or borla mufflers at least. White dude, mid 30's. Anyone?
