Too bad the hub section on all of them is so "busy". For that reason I like the SVT Focus rims. I voted for #2.

You won't regret it.

got 'em in 17's, really look nice, and are light too (19.8lbs). . .not too bad for the $$$

Not saying they look bad at all.. actually they look very nice.. but they would even look better if they had done only one lug pattern instead of 2...

I vote for the RS5 ... that's what I am thinking about buying... but in 16"s

Regarding the prices...

I also found the Enkeis at a better price...

RS5 16" for $110
RS5 17" for $125

That was at Whalen Tire...

But they charge a lot of shipping and for the lugs...

Best thing for you to do:

Get everything in ur shopping cart and let them calculated ur shipping charges... then u go to the place they charge $160 and do the same thing... Stick to the cheapest !!!

I've never seen a lightweight wheel that didn't have a lot of material removed from the hub area. I'll take busy/light over smooth/heavy any day. As for the dual drilling, it doesn't look as bad on the car as it does in these pics, maybe because we only have 4 holes instead of 5. Not sure.

That's true... a good question...

If I was to buy 17" the SVTF or the RS5 would be my first choice... (price weighting more) but I still love the Type T but they are over my budget....

You get those from the Whalen Tire site? Pay no attention. 17.6 is the exact number I found from the Enkei site, which Whalen simply parrots.

Call Discount Tire. They pull wheels out of boxes and weigh them on their own scale.

Sounds crazy, but...

At least if you call DTD, you'll be able to use their weights to compare the wheels they sell.

I picked the Breaker only because the center is cleaner, as far as no little holes but the last wheel does have a cool centercap that covers everything up.

I've seen SVTFern's Rage 5.0's in person and they are very nice - best wheels I've seen so far and I'm seriously considering getting a set myself.

The Enkei RS-5 are the rims for me, and one day, probably right after I take over the world, I will own them.
With my luck there will only be 3 left in the world at that time.

Help me out !!!

I was going to order the RS5 but now I see the prices for the Rages....


I've read great things about Enkei and they are LIGHT !!! how about Rage ?? Good quality rims ?? Comparable ??
