i posted this on svtp but no one replied

i have an 03 cobra vert on eibach pro's. i recently picked up a nice set of 18" DD FR500s but my good friend is friends with a high-up-guy at Intro wheels, who happens to make Iforged wheels. he said right now he has an extra set laying around that he'll give me for cheap. theyre 19" which is what i have been thinking about, except the fronts are 19x8 and the rears are 19x10. right now i have 18x9 up front which i believe wider is better for handling/grip.

would it be stupid of me to go with a 19x8 up front? or will the combo be sufficient?

and

what size tires would you guys recommend for this set?

Dunno know but those wheels are sex.

Those are pretty nice wheels, sometimes the 19"s look kind of weird on the cobras. You'll probably get ridiculed on SVTP for going above 18" wheels and doing anything but Bullits or Fr500s

I'd get 20's - they look tits on the new Mustangs.

You ever thought about staggering sizes? Maybe bigger in the back than the front (18F/19R). I dunno.

That'll be fine, just don't go wider than 245 on the front. It's true wider is better, but I don't think you'll notice a difference.
