To the best of my knowledge that is all you'll need. I'll find out pretty soon as im hoping to get this done as well.

If those have the knuckles behind them you should be good other wise if not they won't mount to the bottom of the rear struts. The knuckles can be bought on svtperformance.com for $127/pc.
Hard to find contours in junkyard around here with rear discs other wise that conversion is a little steep for my wallet. Good luck.

E-brake cables and ABS sensors are all that is missing.

I did it. Had the knuckles.....replaced the wheel bearings, got some calipers off a SVT, bought some Goodridge SS braided lines, and bought a new ABS sensor from the dealer. Didn't really take that long to do at all. Take off the wheel. Just unbolt the rear knuckle (with the drum) and cut off the ATX Ebrake (don't use it anyway). Comes right off. When connecting the new ABS sensor plug just pull off the rear seat (bottom) and the connectors are right there.
