Between the 122ci and the 121 ci ZETEC? I have gone to auto parts store and they first ask for a number of the VIN and since I have a new motor, they have to ask me if its DOHC or SOHC, I tell them DOHC...then they ask 122ci or 121 ci.... What is the differance and since when did they put the SOHC in the 'tour?

They are probably getting confused with the CNG Contour. Use the number from your VIN to clarrify more.

the bi-fuel one (can run on e85)

The bi-fuel motors (vin code Z) can run on gasoline or compressed natural gas ("CNG"). The plain Zetec is vin code 3.

(The other possible contour engine codes are L for the V6 and G for the SVT motor.)

Yep, there aren't any flex fuel (E85) Contours. I wish, but no.

E85, $1.85/gallon, 104 octane.
