Is there any way besides a chip to boost the fuel pressure? My Tour is running lean after having the head done, head has been ported and milled down, tried 19 lb injectors, no luck, have a short ram intake on, throttle body has been bored out, adjusted the cams so she screams, but get a hick-up around 3000-3200 rpm's, ran a diognostic on it and cam up running lean. Any ideas? Also i've cleaned the MAFS, replaced TPS and IAT...

you dont need to increase fuel pressure so much as adjust the fuel injectors puls width.

that or go bigger injectors

i would try adjusting the pulse width for the 19# injectors first.
