What is the difference between return/return less...
what does it change???

Pre98 Contours use "Return" style injectors.
Post98 Contours use "Returnless" style injectors.
Return is for fuel sytems that have a fuel line that returns excess fuel to the fuel tank.
Returnless is, take a wild guess, for fuel systems taht do not return fuel.
The wirining harness connector is different between the two style injectors.
You'll have to splice in new connectors on the injector harnes.

Yet another reason why pre-98's kick ass. Standard Bosch EV1 injector connectors.

BTW, $60 was a darn good deal. My shiny new flow-matched 42# injectors ran me $180 shipped.

It also means pre98s can tweak fuel pressure as another method of adjusting fuel delivery.

You should add it isn't the most accurate.

True, but it's a way of squeezing more out of your injectors. It's nice to know that I could effectively turn my 42# injectors into 50# injectors with just the turn of a screw.

True its not accurate for fine tuning, but helpful in general tuning of injectors (fine tuned by pulse width).
Allows for smaller injectors to be used, which could mean; cheaper, easier to find, better idle quality, and so on.

Also allows for dry nitrous kits to be used with greater safety and better results.

Plus the cool factor of being able to use an adj. FPR.

It is much cooler when you can say you have custon tuning.

My custom tuning=allen key

The main benefit of return vs returnless is the fuel pressure response is faster on the return setup. You can adjust the fuel pressure via the PCM, but in certain scenarios, the response to sudden throttle changes is quicker if it's all manual.
