My opinion, those bras are very tacky.
Also, bras are more effective at ruining your paintjob then they are at protecting it.

DO NOT get one. Take it from me, it will only be bad for your car if you get it. I had one for a while, because I thought it would protect my hood from the road salt and sand in the winter. Now in exchange I have fine vertical scratches in the center of my hood 
. If you absolutely must have some kind of hood protection, get one of those plastic bug deflectors. At least that won't be rubbing against your hood like a lebra would.

A good way to use the bra and not get scratches is to wrap the front of your hood in celophane, like cling wrap for food. it will protect the hood from the bra

I got one for long trips. When you travel at night and the bugs build up, I just throw it on at the begining of the trip and take it off when I arrive. Especially on the outer banks!

wat about that clear 3m film that you cut to fit on ur car? same protection but it can't be seen? any thoughts? Also men with man-boobs like myself can wear bras but don't lol

The key to the car bra is CLEAN & WAX . Keep the nose of the car clean (remove it when you wash the car) and well waxed . If you follow those 2 rules , you'll be fine . I've had several cars with a bra & had no trouble or discoloration . Both my Contours have had bras as well as my old Escort GT , and my brother's 175,000 mile Contour SE has a bra on it with no ill-effects .
A bra is a lot more user friendly than stonechips everywhere

BTW - all the bras have been "LeBra" , except for my SVT's , which is "Covercraft" .
As far as the looks of a car with a bra on it ... it's ALL personal preference . There's a saying about something having to do with opinions & everyone having one ...

The bra on my car looks good. I live in the northeast and in the winter to avoid tons of chips in my paint and other problems I put it on and it really does look nice. during the summer I take it off cause there isn't all the crappy salt then! thats my 2 cents
