I finally found the valve spring compressor I needed to take the valves and valves off. It's the Craftsman One Hand Operated Valve Spring Compressor, part number 947627. On the package, it says it's designed for GMC and Continental engines. Worry not, it works almost without modification. All you need is to mount the compressor from the other side of the head (ie. mount it from the exhaust side when you're trying to take the intake valves off) to compress the valves. Damn springs were stiff though, my hands hurt after removing all 24 valves.

My standard valve spring compressor cost $15 from a Corevette swap meet. I've had it forever... If you think our valves are bad, try removing double springs from Twisted Wedge aluminum Chevy heads!!! Our Duratec valves are so easy, I had four heads stripped in about a half an hour! Try working out a little bit, it might help.
