search alittle ? read stickys at all? 
.... a pillar cover comes off, either pop it off by breaking the clips or I think it is push down then slide back, a search in gerneal mods will bring it up ...

Use some common sense man...
Pop the old one off, hold the pod up on the pillar in place, locate the two holes on the pod and mark the spots on the pillar, drill two holes...
w-w-w-w-waiiiit a minute, it comes with directions...
