There isnt enough information on how exactly it works and theres no photos! Sounds like a scam to me.

How does it work?
The Turbonator's airflow dynamics produces a swirling, fast-burn effect in the combustion chamber. This creates finer particles of atomized fuel, allowing better flame propagation and more complete combustion.

yay! I'm going to buy one guys! I've been waiting for something like this! After I installed my blinker fluid I got the mod bug real bad, now I can't help it! I have to buy it!

Next on my list is the air-tight underwear so I don't have to use the restroom!

Well, maybe I wont have too many doubts, its even on JC Whitney..

Cmon man... First off, JC Whitney offers accesories for the cheapest of buyers. Secondly, that's the Tornado, an even bigger rip off. The TURBONATOORRR is just a rip off of the Tornado. Buy it, install it, discover it's crap, remove it, and go run into a wall repeatedly until you realize how dumb you were for even considering buying it.

lmao that's great

We all know that whatever we pay for, we get.
Besides, I'd rather have a turbo and say I have a turbo than saying o0o0o0o I have a TORNADO
Posted By: DopePope Re: Turbonator.... - 09/23/04 07:18 AM
I dunno... I'd kinda like to say I have a turbonator... it sounds cool yet so horribly crappy at the same time.
Posted By: rkneeshaw Re: Turbonator.... - 09/23/04 02:21 PM
Does arnold have a turbonator? Makes sense, I think the terminator should have a turbonator.

SANKEOIL!!! regardless if its on JC Whitney or not, places are going to sell and advertise what they think will sell...there looking to make a buck.

Same principals as the tornado, only with an Arnold Like name....If the EBAY mod chips were being sold by JC Whitney would you buy them still?????

same pricipal...honestly i hope you see better fuel millage and better performance....for the money you spend.

Stuff like this has been hashed over again and again....the tornado does nothing for out cars, this will do the same mostlikly.

Good Luck with your sheet metal.

Yeah everyone want so save gas ,but they will never save from sheet metal LMAO , although the theroy sounds good and thats what sells !

Wanna save on gas ? Check this site web page
Posted By: Roz 1999 SVT-C Re: Turbonator.... - 09/23/04 08:14 PM
Seiously, our cars save the most gas while driving at 65MPH in Overdrive or 5 th gear.
(depending on transmission you have)

I know everyone likes to drive fast, but, if millage is a problem, maybe you should look at driving that way.

or maybe you have another un forseen problem?

well if you think about it, if you have a huge piece of metal crap in your intake restricting airflow... wont that decrease your gas consumption also?
Posted By: rickse99 Re: Turbonator.... - 09/23/04 09:45 PM
Well its not a huge piece of metal crap , ,its like a small turbine
Posted By: Pre98 Re: Turbonator.... - 09/23/04 10:13 PM
..it's like taking a K&N and enclosing it in a little box, then putting a nice fan on the end. Try that, you Might, just might, stall your car out.

Turbos cost as much as they do for a reason- they work.

Turbine's are a type of engine, and they actually make power. Oh they kinda do a spinny thingie too. Cmon now, this is a few slices of sheetmetal, and that's all.
Posted By: DopePope Re: Turbonator.... - 09/24/04 05:16 AM
I firmly stand by my piece of metal crap statement.

Posted By: StreetRacingPunk Re: Turbonator.... - 10/01/04 02:22 AM

I guess an S-chargers is out of the question here?
Posted By: marv Re: Turbonator.... - 10/06/04 03:41 PM

This looks like the surbo thing that was being sold in the UK for Mondeos. As I recall the company selling it were taken to court for false advertising. It actually lost power.

I always new that it was my wheels that made all that power, not that giant piece of aluminum under the hood. I'm gonna go add stickers to my tires so I can get my HP up.

don't forget the huge ass tach and jumbo jet sized wing so it can slow u down on the highway and if installed just right can throw your rear end out at high speed
