I got the graph, but no scanner. Dyno'd on a buddy's mustang dyno. He did it for free and they were working on a customer's car so we just did one pull with no wideband.
IDK if he shut it down before redline, if the car just didn't hit redline, or if dyno just stopped at 6500.
But anyways:
173.4hp @6500rpm
146.4 ft lb @5750 rpm

Torque curve is almost as flat as a table top and hp curve was still climbing.

The HP will climb as high as you rev the motor on these cars! it's really a thing of beauty.

What are your mods??

torque seems a little low considering the HP.

intake and exhaust

I thought our cars had good bit lower torque than hp.

i had my car dyno'd one time. It made 175.3hp and 155.x torque. It was a mustang dyno as well. At the time, all i had was a KKM and no resonator.

Headers?

you pulled over 10 hp more then me but 7 less tq. Im on stock manifolds.

I knew that car pulled like crazy up top, compared to other SVTs in the area.. but I ALWAYS got left behind until the top of each gear.

I'm really quite surprised!

COOL COOL!

all stock but exhaust (no res and dynomax mufflerS_) and open intake

And you're right ray. Car has some good top end that ends all too soon with stock rev limiter which seems to cut in early soemtimes but im not sure. Torque curved seemed flatter that others I've seen. It has only like 2hp increase after secondaries and is very flat.

Thats really NICE!

Thats nice HP, especially for no major mods. You can see where headers would come in handy in the TQ department, as most SVTs with headers are in the ~155 range.

Your numbers will be stellar if you ever get MSDS and a bit 'o tuning.

Those are great numbers considering that most stock SVT's dyno around 165HP.

I'm thinkin' the low tq number and early RPM fall-off may be reflecting the start of some pre-cat problems. Might wanna look into some headers and/or mystery mod.

Headers are tits. Git 'em.
