If the parts are being shipped from a shop/manufacture, I ask that they include your customer ID# , name and address (they usually put this on the invoice).
Our normal turnaround is 4-5 working days plus the shipping time back. Payment is usually done by any major credit or debit card. This can be put on file or we can contact you when the pars are received.

I won't have a replacement UIM for about a week or so, then to EH if I can still get in, then to Jet-Hot. Whats the time frame for the GB? Will it still be going on in about a month?
I just reread the posts and answered my own question. "At least to the end of July."
I want to get on this but I'm waitng to see what the turnaround for my UIM at EH is gona be. They just recived it so I should know soon.

OK, I'm back in the mix. The engine problem was caused by bad gas. The bad gas came from a Mobil station off Ohio 280 south by gate 5 of the Ohio TP. I'll have my UIM changed in the next day or so and sent by Thursday or Friday. I'll call for a customer number today.

I now have an customer ID #. AND---what the hell do I have to do to get the adhesive off that was under the SVT engine plate? I'm scraping with a screwdriver, a knife, a putty knife, alcohol, etc, and that sticky crap is still there. Any ideas?
I guess I passed the time to edit--so lots of screw driver scraping and alcohol rubbing, the adhesive is off. A few minor scratches but I figure the Jet-Hot coating will more than cover it up.
Good point...what kind of adhesive should we use to re-attach the plate?

Jet Hot cleans and sand blasts the parts before coating IIRC
You guys are going to love your headers when you get them back. 
It's almost a shame to put them on the car after getting them coated. I might jump on this GB to get my UIM done.
One question are the UIM's getting coated inside and outside or just the outside?

Scott, Rick shipped Ronan O'Mahony's SE UIM last week (the one that I sold him through the classifieds here). Rick emailed me on the 24th to say he'd be shipping it to Jet Hot for Ronan the next week (last week).

Ah, so that's why Speed Demons said we were supposed to take that out before sending it in. You need to order new brake booster connectors. They're about $8 each from Bill Jenkins and comes with the brass connector, o-ring, and plastic insert.

Mine came yesterday too. It looks so good I could hang it on the wall just to admire it.

Got it installed today and it looks great !!!! Replaced the TB, IAC, and EGR gaskets. Thanks to EvlBill for the above part number. And thanks to Derk2000 for suggesting Fel-Pro gaskets. They're better than OEM and fit perfect. If anyone is interested, the part number for the UIM and LIM set is 95726 and the UIM alone is 95727 (on 2000 SVT). Oh and BTW, did I mention it looks great ?!!! I went to their website and got the numbers. And the butt dyno says more juice overall but more noticeable at lower RPM's. How refreshing, another pair of GB's (Extrude Hone and Jet-Hot) done the right way by the right people.

Couple things - The IAC tube is bent towards the EGR, but I don't think it's a big deal since it's a rubber hose that attaches to it. I don't think I'll have any problem getting the EGR on. Also, I don't have that little tube that attaches right below the TB. Guess I'll have to transfer it over from the old UIM. I bought the manifold used, so I don't know whether it had that part or not.
Either way, I think I should be a-ok.
The ports look huge and smooth
, (edit: 68mm TB opening, 32mm primary, 34mm secondary) and the black Jet-Hot looks sharp. Think of a matte black SVT UIM and you're on target.

Is this a geat country or what!!! Hey, since we both have post98 SVT's, do you think I'd be safe assuming my TB, primary, and secondary openings will be the same as yours? I want a StreetFlight chip and I want to tell them all the engine mods I've done. I don't know if these measurements are things they need to know.
just got mine today and i love the way it looks...too bad my engine isnt done yet
