You guys should be good with StageII the most.

I have a 3L and using a Stage II, its perfect grip with some
annoyance in daily traffic. But you adjust to it and it's just right.
The torque ratings on the SPEC website are as follows for the clutch kits for the contours;

Stage 1 290
Stage 2 340
Stage 3 440
Stage 4 450
Stage 5 610 lb/ft

OK, I'm showing my ignorance again (but I'm comfortable in my own skin )
What is the difference of the different stages of clutches (awkward sentence structure)?

Which one is on my 'Tour, which one is best, correct, fine for this car, etc?

stock or lightly modded, a stage 1
3L or turbo or supercharger, stage 2
insane turbo or turbo 3L (beyondlaodedse and burritaSVT), stage 3

the higher the rating, the worse it will eb for driving in traffic.

most people shouldnt need more than a stage 1

Thats what i'm interested in....whats the cost for all 3?Quaife, Clutch & Flywheel
and how light is the flywheel? similar to Fidnaza or the SHO shop?

I got to do brakes first but i'm curious on the price...might be my purchase for Jan.-Feb.
