There are two(or three?) knobs that offer the Reverse Lock Out feature. You can buy the knobs without the feature also. Did I answer your question?

Depends on your driving style - how you hold the shifter.
If you hold the knob with your palm facing down - Air Race.
If you hold the knob with your palm facing left - Combat.

what kind of discount can you get if we get 15-20 people on this. In two days you have 9 people, im sure you give this 2 weeks, and maybe a 25% off you could see some big sales. I personaly would love one, but 60$ for a shifter knob is a little too much.

LOL, I took it off the thread to keep from cluttering up Cuervo's buy, looks like theres a demand though so, with all due respect Cuervo, I'll just write it out on here. It's patheticly simple. Really. It should be noted that this is all based on my experience on my 99 SE. It may be different on other years/models, but no one has told me so yet.
To simply disable the lock out, pull up the boot and the plastic trim ring attached to the bottom of it. If you look at the right rear screw on the top mounting plate, you'll see a lovely little spacer. Get a torx bit and remove that screw, slide the spacer off and put the screw back in. Bye Bye lock out. It's really that easy.
Now, since we're talking shifters, lets go one step further and remove the collar as well so you can use whatever knob you feel like. First, take off the existing knob, then pull the whole boot assembly off, inside out. If you look you'll see that the boot is attached to the collar with a simple zip tie. Snip the zip tie and work the collar out, not too difficult really. Then thread a new zip tie in the boot where the old one was, slide it over the lever and cinch it down tight so it won't slide down the lever. Put everything back together and you're done. Take your time and go slow and it should take you like, half an hour.

ps- I paid just over 80 for mine... worth every cent... its great looking and great feeling. Its a universal knob though, it doesn't just thread on, there are screws for it... get some loctite for the screws b/c mine tended to work themselves loose and i'd have to retighten it once every couple of weeks or so. No big deal at all though.

yup thats my car and I was the anonymous NECO person that stated that the Automatic knob fits perfectly.. I'm in on an e-brake handle.. I have no problems being the guinnea pig to see if it fits.. I know that they state it fits the Ford Focus so it should fit our car..

also to answer the OD button I just relocated those wires to the back of a momentary switch.. I drilled a 1 inch hole in the shifter bezel and put the button there.. if you look at my pics again you can see it.. look closely at the right side of the shifter indicator bezel..

Yah.. Matts car rocked the house that day.. we were representin and we each took home a 1st place trophy.. it was a blast and I love his car..

I can accept payments now, however MOMO will not drop ship. Therefore, I will need to have all the knobs sent to Ram-Motorsports

and then I will have to ship them out from here. So I will waite for all the knobs to be ordered before I have them shipped in order to save ya'll on shipping charges. However if you would like your knob ASAP, i can have it shipped out individually if you don't mind paying the extra few bucks on shipping.

i would have done the paypal thing but i dont know why you wanted to charge an additional 2 bucks for that. if you have pay pal you get the money sent to you free of charge. it doesnt cost me anything to recieve money from others or even to transfer it to my account.

Well guys I have bad news. When I called my MOMO dealer a month ago he said we were good to go for an order like this, however when I actually made the order a couple days ago we ran into some problems. All the revese knobs are on backorder and we dont know when they'll be shipping. Several other knobs are as well. SO as of now I'll be ending this Group Buy. No Checks have been cash or Credit Cards charged. All Paypal money sent is being sent back As we speak. I was a little heated arlier with the MOMO guys, however I can only understand. they said it was a bad time of the year and last month was crazy. So I apologize for this but its what sometimes happens. Thanks
