That sounds like a great deal alright, but I am running lowly 16", and know that Baer also do a 12.1" kit too, which fits 16" wheel applications (although you do have to check that your wheel will clear the caliper)
Is there any chance that the 12.1" kit will be included in the group buy?

I would be interested but I run 16 inch Rota Slipstreams. Any way we can get some for the 16 inch runners included. And if so how can we check for clearence. Do we call Baer?

They have templated on their site. Pretty handy.

For those of you with 16" rims I'll call the contact Monday and check on CEG pricing for 12" rotors.

Just zinc is $60
zinc and slotted is $75
CSZ is $100
Powder coating is $175

i want to change my order to zinc slotted rotors without the red paint (i can do that myself for way way less than 175 bucks). can you make a lst of everyone? can i just order them now or do we have to wait for everyone else to jump onboard?

Not my prices Mikey. I agree 175 is pricey for Powder coating but that is what they want for it. It's going to be a one time purchase being that I have to go pick them all up and ship them myself. I was thinking that we should end this around early to mid November.

i would say keep it open until mid- end Nov. this way i can get some more time to sell my SVT set-up i have, so i can afford this. i want zinc blanks... i am in as long as i can get rid of my 98 EO calipers and such....

I vote for sooner than later, but that's because I'm spending the money for my body kit on this, since the date for the kit got pushed back again. I can understand why some want it later on, but im ready to send the cash as of Tuesday.

I say mid-Nov the latest; after that it's pointless for us northerners as a lot of us will be storing our cars once the snow hits. Who needs awesome stopping-power when you'll just be skating across ice?

Ok I can get the 12" rotors included in this buy but the price is only $10 less. Use the gauge to make sure they will fit.

Rears are $160 + options. So CSZ is $260. Uses stock calipers.

Does the rears come with Pads also? Or just rotors?

Yes everything for the fronts is included. Rotors, calipers, hardware, hoses and pads.

If we get 5 or more of any combo, the price is $660 for CSZ. If we get 10 or more the price drops to $600 for CSZ.

Hey Keyser, thanks for finding out about the 16" rims, I would love to get in on this, but I will think about it for a little while. How many do you have at the moment?

The rears are rotors to match the front only. That is all that they offer.

So for the rear we use our stock caliper and everything else, but in this GB they supply the rear rotors?

Man now you have me confused.

The prices on the first page are for fronts only. The rears are rotors only and they are $160 + options.

Hey is it to late for me to dive in to the group buy? I'm definitely in I have a 2000 Svt contour!! I'll go for the hole package on the front CSZ The works! Question, does the group buy have to be just for the Contour or can a person be involved with another car? My dad say's he go for it if it's ok He has a 2002 focus svt? I previously sent you a PM about whether or not anyone had confirmed that the 12" kit will fit the stock 16" SVT wheels. I did not get a response so I am planning to check this myself this weekend. I am definitely interested, just trying to get the guts up to pull the trigger on this one. I do have one question though, can I get powder coated black with white letters?

First off I need to apologize and clarify a typo on my part. This was an origional post by me:

Second:
Focus brakes - usually doesn't allow mix of cars like that on a buy but willing to this time at the same prices. You will need to get SVT spindles to make them work.

16" rims - 12" brakes sometimes do and sometimes do not fit. My sources tells me that the gauge is the best way to tell. You can download and print it off of the BAER web site.

We will be doing credit cards through Street Flight as I am using their business ID to get these kits so cheap. We will start taking them on Wednesday of next week. I hope to be able to call BAER on Friday to order.

I just realized that I have to pick up near 800lbs in brakes and then ship them. If someone is wants in this, this is the time to do it because I will not do this buy again.

Keyser: I was talking with Baer last week (sponsored vehicle) and was discussing changing out my rotors for 2004 show season and they said that they are currently on a 8-10 week turnaround time. Have you recieved any ETA from your contact at Baer?

UHHHHhhh, no. That is scarey. They never mentioned anything to suggest there was backorder issue. I will check on Monday.
