I dunno bout all you other pre-98'ers but all these group buys/items that come out that are ONLY for 98's and up, are really startin to irritate me. All these cool items, these fancy kits, X-1 fenders, all this other crap.

Thatâ??s because people with 98+ Contours are taking the initiative to get group buys started. If you want something done for your car, do the research and get it made. I'm sure other pre98 owners will thank you.
man there is a ton of stuff for our cars and a lot more to come! you are just a newbie so you havent been here long enough to see all the group buys.
I realize that needs to be done but in all complete honesty, I don't have the time, or the effort to put into doing research, getting dimensions, etc, as a full time student and part-time worker and such. Not really using that as an excuse per say, but I myself probably wouldn't be the man to do it, but I understand what you're saying. And it's not as if I'm mad at 98+ owners, i don't care, I love seeing those cools mods for them, I was just speaking my mind, maybe get a respone or two from some pre-98 owners that were headed in that direction.

if you want some of the mods for your car, convert the front to a post98. Get the fenders, hood, body, then you can make some headlights for it. And you are all set.
Or just tool around the archives and find some stuff like Hightower's taillights and his pre98 headlights that he is making.
i want a pre98 front bumper to match rest of HellaRS kit, don't wanna convert to those stupid looking 98+ headlights (oops sorry, didn't mean to offend anyone

Get out some ideas, and find the companies that made the products for the post 98 GB's If you get enough interest, they will do for the pre 98's what they've done for the post 98's.
