ADR rs Limited Valkyries

I have been able to set up a group buy on ADR RS Limited Valkyries. In case you haven't seen them, these are a very aggressive looking rim.. as shown in:

These are an ionic metal plated rim, not Chrome. As stated in Sarasota's thread, they are lighter than Chrome.. much lighter.. Normally running at 165 a piece, that is $660 for 17's.. This is HALF PRICE...

they by all means do, Whalen Tire has been selling them in 18" for $616 a set plus shipping for well over a year now...

At $480, I would be in for a set of the 18's as long as the shipping was not excessive. Let me know the price of shipping and I'll give you a final decision.

Here is what Importkllr's ride look liked with a Racing Hart rim that is IDENTICAL to the Valkyries.

Actually they *DON'T* make those wheels in 18", the chrome appreance ones. Thanks for the information though Hella, I appreciate it.

wheelmax was practically giving away the chrome style Valkyries all summer until the entire inventory was sold out so I know for a fact they had them in 18's. If this gb is for the chrome style, count me out. the silver one's look much much better imho.

Hmm.. lemme get this straight... I contacted a rim supplier, and he says that he can get 18's for $x.xx, and 17's for $y.yy but they don't make them?

no need for an apology, if you're anything like me I'm sure you shopped for days on end looking for the perfect rim at the perfect price. i've always liked these rims and much like the Enkei RS5, I think they're one of the best bang for the bucks for our cars...

What a sweet deal. Can I ask you guys who have these already if I get 18's will it look bad if I dont have my car lowered. I dont want it to look lifted but i was figuring since we have the svt body kit and our cars are a bit lower than stock it might not look to bad. Please provide as many pics as you guys have.

Pricing for the tensions is not known, as of yet..

I have sent a list (a small list) of ADR, and RS rim styles, and am awaiting a response as to which of those are offered in the 108x4 bolt pattern. When I know which are applicable for us, then I will offer those rims... no others..

Also, once I find out which rims are available, and prices of each, I will give you pricing for shipping, and a payment deadline. All news is dependant upon receiving this email from the supplier.

I -may- be interested in this. You might want to post the GB on the NECO forums as well, since both Cougars and Contours have the same lug pattern and offset.

If you want to get even more people and try for a bigger discount, try the people at Focaljet.com's forums too.. Same lug pattern, same offset.

Does anyone have a pic of these rims on a t-red? I dont know which finish would look good on mine, i am leaning toward the white, but then i really have to deal with the break dust issue. All opinions welcome! HELP! oh and what size the 17's or the 18's?? I have a 98seV6 with a kit on the way(HEllA"s) thanks oh and i live in MN so that might help the deciding issue of the size.

This is easily the best deal on rims that I have seen in my time at the CEG. We all should be thanking Ray right now. And ADR makes solid wheels, one of the few companies that specializes in wheels for our bolt pattern. The reactions alone go for $800 everywhere online so thats over $200 you're saving right there. The rydox ($580) looks very similiar to Konigs Imagine wheel which costs over $240 a rim and doesn't even come in our bolt pattern for 18's. I'm having a hard time choosing but u can't go wrong with the reactions, thanks for hooking this up Ray!

Well, it's a Focus, sooooo...ummmm...there you go. He auto-x's a lot, so 17"s and especailly 18"s would be a bit too much to race on a ZX3. I told him if he got some 22"s, I'd do all the suspension work for him, of course, it would sit higher than my truck...

Okay if i can pick them up (Ilive 30miles north of sandiego) I am def. in BUT can someone please post a picure of each wheel next to the discription. Okay.. the one prevailing question on this post has been when the deadline is..
I haven't really maed a decision to this, beforehand, as I wasn't sure about when I would want to make a cut-off date, and I definitely didn't want to say one date, then back out and change it..

I will go ahead and say this, now:

I can EITHER:

Make it REALLY soon.. (I am getting married DEC 07, and can make the cut-off date for payments before that...

OR

After wedding I am going on Christmas vacation shortly afterward (until 14 JAN 03) and could make the cut off date AFTER that date, when I return.. Whic do you guys prefer?

As far as distance from Anaheim.. You would have to wait for one of the CA guys to tell you, or use mapquest, etc. (it is blocked from work, for me).. Al lI know about Anaheim is that its about 30 mins north of LA.. And 2.5 hours from San Diego.. (Only obtained THAT info from being at school in San D...)

The guy will receive your money order, and then go to the ADR warehouse, to pick up your order... you will be able to pick them up from HIS HOUSE, after that... but, he needs the money order beforehand..

As for rim dimensions, I am not sure...

Tire demensions would depend on which sizes you get.. a 205 will be different than a 195, and a 45 will be taller than a 40... etc, etc.. I couldn't possibly begin to tell you what size your tires would be... perhaps a post in the wheels and tires forum, asking which size tires to run on 18" rims is best (or 17" if that is what you want)..

Hey , I might be in for the Valkeyries(lol however you spell it

) in 17's HMC silver. Hwo much would some good tires( good grip , and treadwear) run to wrap up these sweet 17's, also will they work well with stock suspension on my CSVT.

as of now my anahiem office doesn't have valkyries in stock right now so no local pickups are available. the Hayward office do though. and i dont' think ray updated you guys but HMC Silver for valkyries cost 120 more on top of the total price. just to let you guys know.

Yes, guys, as he said.. HMC Silver for the Valkyries is no longer really supplied.. It CAN be obtained, however it will cost you $120 more, to get them. As far as I know, however, all other colors remain the same price..

Got a call from Ray yesterday concerning the 17" Trama wheels in silver. They (silver Trama) are out of stock but they do have them in the other finishes. Silver is available in the 18". SO, if any of you wanted the silver Trama in 17" and have not paid as of yet you may want to call Ray.

Yeah, this was a really bad ass deal! I got mine in no time and I'm hella happy with the service! I got me a set of 17" Mase's for 380 buxx, then add 80 for shipping, 400 for tires and I'm rolling pimp daddy for 860 bucks!
