Pricing

SVT: $60 + $150 core charge
SE V6: $60 + $75 core charge
SE I4: $70 + $75 core charge

If you are sending your Tb to be optimized, core charges do not apply. Multiple Tb discounts also available.

All prices include return shipping.

Turnaround time is a bit long at about a week, as I got out of town to have the housings cleaned, if you don't want the bead blasting service for quicker turnaround, let me know, and I can get one out the door within 2 days. I will not be doing these pre-order, when you place your order I start on your TB.

TPS is to be removed prior to shipping to eliminate chances of damage (I am not responsible for damage if it's left on), no cleaning of the TB is necessary, I will take care of it all

Josh, just a heads up. I didn't forget about this. I'll be shipping out both of mine hopefully this week for you to get started on.

Also, PM me with a price for the powdercoating we discussed when you get a chance. Thanks.

you should smooth out that big hump inside the throttle body or at least make the transition smoother...for a lil extra mula..

Can we not make this a re-peat of the last thread????

I do smooth it out, bad pic. I can't get that deep with my tools to do any better of a job without possibly damaging the mating surface of the TB plate....not to mention the difference would be beyond negligable to be worth the time.....

I received/installed my P.R.T Optimized TB and must say the work is top notch. It's hard to tell w/ the butt dyno if there's any hp gain, but throttle response does seem improved. Don't know if it's wishfull thinking or not but engine sounds a little throatier too. Looking forward to future products from P.R.T!

I also got my throttle body last week and installed it. Very nice work!!! After the install i noticed a change in intake noise(I have a Injen short ram into a GMK CAI with a Injen filter) and the intake made noise before but now it really whistles. Throttle response seems be better too.

I was well worth the $60!

I got my TB back from josh almost 2 weeks ago, and I just wanted to let you guys know that the transition in the pictures, looks a lot worse IN THE PICS. In other words, the picture there makes it look bad, but in reality it is pretty smooth. That transition isnt a hump that take place in like a quarter inch of space (its not like __/````). It is very well done and well worth the money. I just want to reassure you guys who think that may be an issue, because it isn't. Sorry for the long post in your GB Josh...just trying to clarify for some people.

There is more material to be removed on the Zetec TB's, so it takes longer and tus demands a higher price. I've copied Buckshot's old pricing to the best of his recolection.
