today i was repairing the imrc cable for my contour and while we had it apart my dad said he could repair the electronics as well so we are checking to see if you guys would show interest if we started rebuilding the imrc's and if there is interest in it how much would you be willing to pay for it.

I think that's a good idea. I would probably fix mine myself (I like to fix the unfixable ) but other CEG'ers might have a need for that service, I think.

I know Burninrice needs a new IMRC, he probably would express interest.

This group buy needs alot more details to actually draw some interest.

How would the repair price be determined?
I have one that has a broken clasp, where the cable connects to the secondary linkage.

It has, I believe, some sort of electronic problem also.

I would like to have it repaired as a spare or a good test unit.

I can get a "New" replacement from Bill Jenkins in Las Vegas for a very reasonable price.

I have one that is broken as well and if it can be fixed properly for a cheaper price I'd be all for it. But are you going to be able to guarantee your work? I wouldn't want to pay to have it fixed and it not even work properly afterward? I would be interested though.
