I have a question on the Elky mesh regarding a SVT

Does anyone think or has anyone found that the mesh for the front lower bumper restricts the airflow to the radiator?

i just got the chance to start cutting the mesh last night.

p.s. all 3 parts of the mesh will still be same same size though right i.e. they will all match and are all the same size, same quality as the traditional Elky mesh has been in the past?

not exactly.
previously, i sent out 2 pieces of mesh and you had to cut it to fit.
this time you get 3 pieces.
one for the front bumper, it is a little oversized and has been cut so it should slide right over the factory tabs on your bumper.
same with the rear bumper.
the pices for the front grill has to be cut to fit though.

i dont have a business account through paypal, so i cant accept credit card payments.
a payment directly from your bank account with payapl will work fine.

Alright, I am sending a bank payment tomorrow from my fiances account, but I have to first put $50.00 in to cover it (she gets real mad when I touch her money)

got it installed. the front is kind of a PITA. looks hot though! thanks again!

the grill or the bumper?

the bumper. putting the new mesh in was easy, it was taking out the stock stuff that gave me trouble for some reason. it just wouldnt co-operate. having it precut made reinstallation a breeze. regardless, it was well worth it.

Elky, I don't care if they're cut for the SVT, I mostly just want some more mesh around, I like this stuff. I already have the grill done, this would go either in the vents of my CF extractor hood or possibly be trimmed and used on another vehicle. It's not a huge deal for me though.

You will have to buy 2 pieces of gutter guard, and then somehow get the seam between them hidden. I haven't done it yet... I might just wait untill Elky does another GB. His mesh looks much better than the gutter guard. And mine is starting to fade after not even a year from salt damage.

I went and got some the other day and powder coated it , came out real nice

Read the previous posts man. This group buy is done. He has no more sets left to sell. You'll have to wait until summer for another group buy.

actually there are a few sets left.
some people on the list still haven't paid up yet, and they may lose their spots if they don't pay up soon

A few that are reserved and a waiting list for the mesh of those who don't pay. So if about 5-6 people decide against it (could be more) then he might have the opportunity.
