98 tour gl brake problem

replaced front pads an now calipers rub on rim and also noticed on pass.side abs collar on spindle has a break in it the abs lite has been going on and off an the brakes have beenbacting like i'm on ice any of you pro tour mech.got any ideas thanks everyone

Calipers not installed properly, and you need to fix the ABS collar.

everything bolted back the way it came off what should i be lookin' 4 i did lub caliper pins as per other problems with calipers stickin'or siezin' can you give me some ideas thanks 4 ur help one other thing does it make a diff. between havin' 9" or 8" rear pads the auto parts wanted to know thank again
