Ok, so who here surfs CEG while they should be working? And if ya do, about how much per week wuld you say you do it?

Me? I am here getting time and a half for a Sat. morning and all I have done for the last 3 hours is read almost every damn post on this site! LOL, gotta love it. And as for my weekly read time? Probably 5 hours a week.

I go on CEG at work almost every single day.

In a 7-8 hour day at work, I go on CEG about 1 hour total of that.

Same here. I'll sign on, do some work, come back, etc, almost all day long.

few minutes when I get in, around a morning break, lunch, afternoon break and just at the end of the day sometimes

lets say about 20 minutes or so

I'm surfing CEG because there is literally no work to do. As for a weekly estimate, probably average about 8-10 hrs per week between work and home.

I average about 6 hours a day..
but I am working from home.. so that is a plus.

Does being on CEG while at school count??

I'd be one CEG everyday day during school, but i jsut found out esterday that contour.org has been blocked

so i can no longer get on at school. I hate school limiting programs.

yes, yes it does, now i have to listen to my gumpy-ass techer lecture us on how to draw things.

Gotta love college. Wireless in most of the academic buildings, except those whose architecture prevents signal from traveling far (some here are designed specifically to withstand earthquakes and hurricanes). Ironically, one of the first buildings to get wireless was the gym ... go figure

anyway, I don't take out my laptop nearly as much as I used to now that I'm taking more advanced courses and the lectures actually are meaningful, but freshman and sophomore year I very often surfed during class.

As for work, well Wal-mart doesn't have any standard Internet access save for the PCs in the store manager's office.

I will find it a challenge if I get an office job this summer.

where do u think I am right now

I wish I could... they've got the CEG forums (not the main page) blocked due to policy violation, but I can browse MEG all I want (they got some pretty good not work safe pics on there... heh).

Oh well...

Too much...

Not really though...Being a security officer at a front desk allows for a lot of time to simply surf...WEEEE!!!

Same here, except the last week or so. With no work coming in, I probably averaged 25-30 hours since Monday between here and ford-trucks.com.
