Dan Beggs, the list operator writes:

"...the List is currently down and will experience brief periods of uptime over the next week. My provider has had another extended outage and I've ordered service through another source. It may be upwards of ten days before things are fully restored."

As of a couple days ago, everything was switched over to a new provider. Hopefully things will run smoother.
