1) yes take the screws out and the thing comes directly out...just make sure you twist out your light bulb and 2 switches that go to the lights first...and yeah that is simple too...just twist the light bulb out and unsnap the two plugs by squeezing them while pulling them out.

2) Yes its easy to put them back in. You need to do plug in the 2 switches and hook the 2 plugs back in...then you can just slide the headlight back in and screw the 3 screws in.

Oh and because I'm a post whore, your first picture isn't the correct screw. Thats the adjuster screw. The screw you're looking for looks just like the other two but its kinda behind the headlight. You gotta kinda dig down a bit to see it. If I had some light right now I'd take a picture to show you...but I dont.
