Actually, I think I do care about what you people say. I don't know. I take in the positive because thats what I am looking for and react to the negative with LOL!!!  Its late here so, I hope that makes sense. Its similar to selective hearing. Just selective typing. LOL! That was funny to me if you can believe it. I just wish people weren't so hard on people who weren't following the norm. I mean that for Contours. The norm for Contours, you know. If its not an SVT try and make it look/sound/handle/ and badge it to look like one. I'm sorry its not for me. Yes, the contour was not my car of choice. Especially, after having the a/c break, the engine blow (yes its on its second engine), and an overheating problem that just won't seem to go away. But its my car and I really love driving it. Now, before I get anymore hate messages. Some of you guys have pimp non SVT tours that look like SVTs. But its not my cup of tea. So, more power to ya'll.

Well handled Raceboy, I never flamed your car, just the attitude you gave back to us, but I think it was deserved. Kudos on doing something different to a Contour, although it's percieved as a ricer mod. The thing with most of us, is the Contour is our "sleeper" sleak car, so when a Contour is seen on here that is loud and flamboyant, you're going to get flamed because that is not what most perceive the Contour as being. Good luck with your car, and enjoy it, for they can be great cars, just treat them right and do they tried and true mods/maintenance (as far as engine/drivetrain/interior mods go) that you know will enhance the car in a positive manner.

ay raceboy u see i never sed nuthin negative bout ur car cuz im off on the same road im gonaa bag it and put a toataly diff kit on it i respect that cuz shieet i get the same shiet from alotta ppl bout what im doing..i have a over heating problem too i think my thermostat is bad but my dash meter doesnt say its over heating but both fans r coming on and so far no1 can tell me autoshop or on here whats wrong.. u got the same prob??

oh, btw, i don't mean to bash you, but that's just a funny pic man! What i posted is just my opinion, so don't take it to heart, but maybe consider it for future reference. Many people on here don't like aluminum wings or wings in general, but everybody's got their own opinion of what looks cool and what don't...

Ok I officially feel bad for bashing the guy...unlike everyone who was bashing you(and now say they weren't) I will stand by what I'm saying. I dislike it, as you say its not my cup of tea. I will agree that YOUR car should reflect YOUR personality but that wing is just ugly...and I'm still trying to figure out what thats supposed to reflect..  Do what you will, because its your car but you asked for honest opinions and thats what I gave...my honest opinion. Maybe if you painted the wing the color of the vehicle it wouldn't be so bad...but as of now it stands out like a sore thumb *kills himself for giving ricer tips* As to the SVT being the Father of Contours I meant that metaphorically...not chronologically.  ~darp~
