I have the same ones. Bought mine from pep boys too. Very easy to mount on the stock brackets and much brighter than the stock fogs. I actually just changed led's from the stock blue/white to red since they burned out somehow. But now they match my car nicely since my svt's t-red. All I did to mount them is drilled two holes down into the stock bracket, used some washers as risers, and then used two bolts and nuts to secure the entire fog light (bracket and all) directly onto the stock bracket. In the end, it all lined up perfectly.
Did you take any pic's of how you mounted yours? I'd like to see how you did it.
